Bahulu Ros


Assalamualaikum wbt..

Dah sangat2 lama ibu tk update blog ibu ni..ada sape2 ke yg rindu kt ibu??hehe
di kesempatan ni,pd sape2 yg ziarah blog ibu ni,ibu ucapkan selamat hari raya
maaf zahir dan batin..:))

Entry kali ni ibu nk share resepi bahulu ros..dah banyak kali ibu buat bahulu ni..dah la sedap..buat dia pun senang je..takde guna butter dan serbuk penaik.. ikut je resepi, insyaAllah jadi...:))

Bahan-Bahan (Saiz 20cm)

4 Biji Telur
1 1/2 Cawan gula pasir (boleh kurangkan jika suka
1 sudu teh esen rose
1 3/4 Cawan tepung gandum
Sedikit pewarna merah dan hijau

Cara2 :

  1. Pukul telur bersama gula hingga kembang/putih.
  2. Masukkan esen rose - pukul lg
  3. Masukkan tepung gandum, pukul lagi sehingga sebati.
  4. Asingkan 2 bahagian daripada adunan tadi, campurkan dengan pewarna. Kacau rata.
  5. Sapu acuan/loyang dengan minyak masak/majerin. Masukkan sedikit adunan merah, kemudian letakkan adunan hijau,lakukan proses yg sama hingga adunan habis.
  6. Masak pada suhu 180darjah selama 45minit atau 1 jam,sehingga kek masak mengikut suhu oven masing2..
